Para work days match student attendance days. They have a starting salary of $16.35 an hour and their single health insurance premium is paid by the district. Employees can chose to add their spouse and/or children to their health plans for payroll deduction. Additional benefit options include buying into dental, vision, or life insurance group plans. Paras are a part of the State of Missouri PEERS or PSRS retirement plans.

Snow routes primarily affect R (rural) routes. The stops and times listed are where and when the R routes will pick up and drop off on snow routes only days. When snow routes are called, they will remain in place for AM and PM routes.
Only a couple C (city) routes are also affected by snow routes. C-3 families down Michigan Trail will need to find the location and time listed on the snow routes for pick up and drop off. All other C-3 stops remain in place! C-5 families on Decker Road will need to find the location and time listed on the snow routes for pick up and drop off. All other C-5 stops remain in place!
All other C and Mobile routes remain unchanged during snow routes.
