Mrs. Hale's 7th grade food science class has been experimenting with denaturing proteins in eggs by adding heat and air. They made mini angel food cakes that look delicious. According to Mrs. Hale, they turned out light, airy, and beautiful. Yum.

The Kirksville R-III School District phones have been restored as of 9:50am this morning. The identified issue was with the phone providers equipment.
We are experiencing issues with our phone system this morning. IT is investigating the issue and will send updates as the situation changes.
